Cozy Argosy

A few months after finding my van I went on my very first sailing trip. We were bound for an island I'd never been to, and when we tied to the docks and ventured inland I found this place. I told the landlord I'd be back in the fall, for his tiny trailer with a wood stove. I got there in early October (2014). Coziest winter I've ever spent in the gulf islands. This island and its dense and towering rainforest tempted and triggered my deeper exploration of poetry, and spirituality.
